Linda Cota-Kumagai, BASW/MA is the Director of Hanai Outreach Services. Ms. Cota-Kumagai has 28 years experience in public speaking and holds the title of Distinguished Toastmaster and Qualified Speaker through Toastmasters, International. She is a Past District Director,Distinguished, 2012-2013. She has 17 years experience in Birth, Adoptive and Foster Parent outreach and recruitment.
