Linda Cota-Kumagai, Director of Hanai Outreach Services, has 30+ successful years of public speaking and is a 3X Distinguished Toastmaster through Toastmasters, International. She is a Past District Governor-Distinguished (2012-2013) and current Chair of the District Speakers Bureau for Toastmaster’s Los Angeles’ District 52.

 

Linda has 18 years expertise in adoption and foster care with such agencies as Holy Family Services, adoption & foster care and Walden Family Services and Free To Be Programs.

 

She holds a Master of Social Science Administration, Community Practice for Social Change (MSW) from Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, Ohio and a Masters of Art in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena.
