Bridgett LaRé is an award winning speaker and has been a member of Warner Brothers Toastmasters for 5 years where she currently serves as Vice President of Membership.

 

As a Registered Nurse, Bridgett was Charge Nurse at a Mental Health Facility with over 1,700 residents.  She has gained expertise in Anger Management and facilitates a small group at S.H.A.R.E. (Self Help and Recovery Exchange), a nonprofit organization.

 

On a journey of self-development, Bridgett has gained tools, exercises and skills which have guided her to transform her life from a tumultuous past to a purposeful and intentional future full of vision.

 

Bridgett is a best selling author and who transparently shares her story in her book series, “The First 33”. With a mission to uplift, inspire and encourage individuals from all walks of life to live in the fullness of their truth, she started a personal development company, The Power of Positive Thinking, where they offer transformational programs, workshops and coaching.
